Wall-Mounted Pergolas — Pros and Cons
I’m thinking of getting a wall-mounted pergola instead of a freestanding one to save some yard space. But I’m a bit unsure about how it affects the house wall — does it cause dampness, or are there issues with rain runoff? Any experiences from people who already have one?

Got mine from https://closethedeal.co.uk/catalogs/wall-mounted-pergola-gazebo. It’s attached directly to the brick wall, and I made sure to install a proper flashing where the roof meets the wall. No leaks so far, even in heavy rain. Just don’t skip sealing around the brackets — that’s where problems usually start.
