I'm planning to revamp my backyard patio this spring, and I'm exploring different paving options. I want something that’s durable, looks good, and is comfortable to walk on barefoot. I've seen some patios made with resin bound paving, and they look really nice. It seems like a step up from plain concrete, but I'm not sure if it's the right choice for a patio specifically. Has anyone here used resin bound paving for their patio? What are your thoughts? How does it hold up to foot traffic and outdoor furniture? Any insights would be appreciated!

I'm glad you asked about resin bound paving for patios! I actually installed a resin bound patio last year, and I'm loving it so far. I found a great company online called The Resin Bonded Slab Company, and they offered a range of aggregates and clear resin suitable for patios. They even have Diy Kits if you are feeling brave enough. The surface is smooth and comfortable to walk on, and it’s also incredibly durable. Plus, it’s permeable, so water drains right through, which is a huge bonus.
