After some teams completed the training under Open Agile Architecture (Advised Skills’ practitioner offering), we saw markedly improved collaboration between business, product and architecture teams. There was less friction when making architectural trade-offs because people had a shared understanding of the value outcomes, and we delivered smaller increments of infrastructure change more reliably, leading to quicker feedback from stakeholders.”
